MENG Analysis performed a facilities assessment as part of a comprehensive due diligence process being conducted by prospective buyers of the Harbor Island Fisher Mill. The Harbor Island Fisher Mills was originally constructed between 1911 and 1917 and has been in continuous operation since. MENG Analysis focused on the current conditions with an analysis of risks and opportunities. The study also included estimated costs for repair or improvement to the various facility components. Our assessment helped the buyer make an educated purchase decision.
