Analysis performed a risk
analysis of constructability issues as a proactive approach to identifying
and managing construction risk. The studies determined which items could
present
the largest construction risk based on probability and potential
dollar value, based on the current design approach. We provided a
prioritized risk analysis as well as several alternative approaches
for key
areas of the project. The client could then make educated risk decisions
about the design and construction of its project.
