MENG Analysis was proud to be involved in this rare opportunity to develop a resource that can positively affect the livability, image, and character of Hong Kong. The site is an empty palette, as such can take advantage of visionary planning and design. In order to do this, all stakeholders will have to work together with visionary leadership and focused direction. Otherwise the park will most likely become all things to all people, but lack the strong character needed to serve a greater Hong Kong. The MENG Analysis team offered strong proposals as to the planning, facilities, theme, and management of the project.
