This value management workshop focused on the architectural aesthetic image for two new regional police headquarters in the New Territories and in West Kowloon. The high rise complex included administrative, training, meeting, communications, and emergency response facilities for these busy communities.
The workshop brought together the police force project managers, the Architectural Design Management team, and the designers to identify and prioritize design image criteria and to explore alternatives to meet the client's aesthetic goals. The workshop built consensus and recommended an implementation plan for continued design development.
