MENG Analysis conducted full schematic, design development, and construction document level estimates for a new 100,000 square foot recreation center. The structure houses a weight and fitness room, three-court gymnasium, elevated jogging track, six-lane 25-yard lap pool, spa, coed whirlpool, rock climbing wall, dining area, and a number of aerobic studios and multipurpose rooms.
