Cascade Middle School

The 100,755 SF campus consists of five buildings arranged around a large paved courtyard.  Building A, a two-story concrete structure, was completely reconfigured for classrooms with all new partitions, ceilings and interior systems.  Mechanical and electrical upgrades were the main focus for the multi-purpose/music facility Building B, and the gymnasium Building C.  The modernization included new boilers, chillers and pumps in Building B.  The complex is fed by a new four-pipe hydronic system and utilizes individual fan coils for each room along with DDC controls.

Monticello Middle School

The 124,000 SF two-story school was updated with new architectural finishes, sesimic upgrades and new mechanical and electrical systems throughout.  Mechanical systems include a new boiler plant, hydronic heat system, closet type fan coil units and some additional areas served with multi-zone AHUs or VAV systems.  A complete integrated DDC system was included.
