PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This project focused on the construction of the shell and core for a two-story, medical office building with a basement. The building is steel framed with a concrete lateral restraining system. This project targeted a LEED silver certification. The parking lot for the building is shared with an affordable housing building and is being constructed by another contractor under a separate contract. The interior tenant improvements will be performed by the owner/contractor’s crew.

Commissioning scope included Fundamental and Enhanced Cx, plus additional Cx per the Puget Sound Energy (PSE) expanded Cx program. Commissioned systems included HVAC, DHW, and automatic lighting controls.
