PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Washington Elementary School is a K-4 elementary school, co-located on the same site as the WSD Early Childhood Learning Center (aka Castle Rock Preschool) and the WSD Special Education Department.

The replacement school building includes administration, library, four classroom pods with four classrooms each, plus common area and resource room each for grade 1 to 4 pod, four Kindergarten classrooms, two special “Life Skills” rooms, gym wing with gym, multi-purpose, kitchen, stage, music, art, and central services, plus extensive mechanical penthouse above most areas.

MENG Analysis Cx scope includes WSSP Fundamental and Enhanced Cx. Commissioned systems include HVAC. DHW, automatic lighting controls, and metering.
