PROJECT DESCRIPTION

This new three-story building houses Green River College’s Aviation programs, general classrooms, Student Affairs, the Small Business Assistance Center (SBAC), Washington Environment Training Center (WETRC), offices for Washington Certification Services (WCS), and WCS exam rooms.

 

The building is steel framed construction on concrete slab-on-grade. Site improvements include sidewalk connections, pedestrian and courtyard amenities, exterior signage, utility connections, and parking. The New Auburn Center is located within an existing mixed use development, Auburn Market Place, in the City of Auburn.

The Cx scope includes LEED Fundamental and Enhanced Commissioning. MEP systems including traditional VAV air handling equipment, exhaust fans, fin tube baseboard heaters, unit heaters, boilers, DHW heaters, ductless split Dx AC units, DDC with OS & CO2 control, and automatic lighting controls.
