PROJECT DESCRIPTION

MENG Analysis generated cost estimates for conceptual, schematic and design development phases for a new replacement elementary school for Puyallup School District.  Scope includes a multi-floor school with 36 classrooms, Library, Commons, Gym and food Service areas. New facility will be built on occupied site, then older building will be demolished.
