Thurston County engaged MENG Analysis to conduct Facility Condition Assessments of 21 county- owned, operated, and managed facilities.The purpose of this FCA was to assist county staff and leadership in more proactive management of the county’s facility assets, including planning and budgeting for short-term correction of Observed Deficiencies (ODs), and long-term major maintenance Predicted Renewals (PRs).The FCA report also included an inventory list of maintainable equipment installed in the surveyed facilities.
