PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Western Washington University commissioned MENG Analysis to conduct Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) of sixty buildings.
The purpose of this FCA was to assist University staff and leadership in planning and budgeting for short term correction of Observed Deficiencies (ODs), long term major maintenance (Predicted Renewals or “PRs”), and University-wide capital budget master plans.
