Phase 2 includes new building structure, associated site work, and the Public Facilities Contract work (right of way street improvements).

The structural system includes a steel structure on concrete foundation with limited

casework, specialties and equipment. The mechanical system is a two pipe VAV
system, with gas fired boilers, and ventilation cooling. Also included is light industrial HVAC in support of CTE and science spaces; the building is fully sprinklered.
