County Owned Facilities
Thurston County engaged MENG Analysis to conduct facility condition assessments of 21 county- owned, operated, and managed facilities. The purpose of this FCA was to assist county staff and leadership in more proactive management of the county’s facility assets, including planning and budgeting for short-term correction of observed deficiencies (ODs), and long-term major maintenance predicted renewals (PRs). The FCA report also included an inventory list of maintainable equipment installed in the surveyed facilities.
