PROJECT DESCRIPTION

MENG Analysis completed a FCA for Cowlitz County that included multi-disciplinary condition assessment of 12 county facilities including administration buildings, the courthouse, the jail and juvenile justice center, maintenance facilities, a conference center, and a visitor center. The assessments were based on observable conditions of building systems. MENG Analysis also conducted an assessment of current and projected future operational space needs, and developed recommendations for the most effective space allocation and utilization by county departments.
