PROJECT DESCRIPTION

MENG Analysis assisted Ben Franklin Transit with a comprehensive FCA and Transit Asset Management (TAM) Plan. The FCA consisted of 10 transit facilities across five sites. After the completion of the FCA, the TAM Plan was required by the Federal Transit Administration which requires agencies to report facility and infrastructure asset condition and performance data to the National Transit Database.

Phase III - Analysis of Facility Conditions Assessment Information

Phase IV - Facility Condition Assessment Report Preparation

Phase V - Software Integration Plan compatible with TAM Rule

Phase VI - Preparation and Presentation of Strategic Plan
