The City of Olympia commissioned MENG Analysis to conduct facility condition assessments including 22 facilities across 17 sites. The 2013 FCA by MENG Analysis builds on the 2008 FCA adding four sites: 1 the new Hands on Children’s Museum, new Fire Station 04, new Fire Training Center, and the aging Olympia Police Department Firing Range. Each site includes one site infrastructure facility and one building facility, except the FTC which includes three buildings and the Maintenance Center site which includes four buildings.
